– Crew Resource Management (CRM) Initial Training

Overview

The  initial  course is  CRM  the starting point, and provides the basic framework of ideas. It begins the process of attitude change and introduces people to the skills of safe and effective use of all available resources. CRM training is one way of addresses the challenge of optimizing the human/machine interface and accompanying interpersonal activities by using a range of techniques and case studies to make sure course members aware of the importance of CRM.

– Crew Resource Management (CRM) Recurrent Training

Overview

Recurrent training will build on the foundation provided  by the initial  CRM  course but will be more specifically tailored to address the particular issues within your operation. Delivered annually, recurrent training will refresh all aspects of the CRM syllabus over a training cycle required by your Regulator.
